I've scheduled a maternity photo session for September 8th when I'll be 34 weeks pregnant, and I'm currently in the process of trying to prepare my outfits. Planning my engagement photo outfits was stressful enough. Now I have to guesstimate how big my belly will be in 6 weeks. I found the non-maternity dress below in a cute shop in Fredericksburg, but couldn't bring myself to spend $125 on it. I think it would be perfect for an outside, natural styled photo shoot, but I'm not sure how often I would wear it after.
Here's some inspiration I have for my session.
I would love to do an intimate session inside a simple white room, but unfortunately I don't have it in my budget to do two shoots, and not enough time in Dallas. Anyone need to add some maternity portraits to their portfolio ; ) ?

Oh my word, these inspiration shots are beautiful. I wasn't planning to do a pregnancy shoot when I am pregnant, but these are definitely making me reconsider!
Love the dress you tried on and think you can get away with it after the baby. The light fabric is good for Texas weather.
