Choosing Paint Colors

I've been dreaming of paint colors lately.  As we prepare to paint our ENTIRE new house, I've spent much time in the local Sherwin-Williams store (thanks to our best bud's Dad being a contractor, we're getting a discount).  I've probably spent $100 on paint samples alone, but I wanted to get the colors right!  I've finally decided on the four below.

SW 6204 Sea Salt - Laundry Room, Guest Bathroom

SW 7004 Snowbound - Kitchen Cabinets, Doors, Trim, Built in Shelving

SW 6078 Realist Beige - Turner's room, 2 Guest Bedrooms

SW 7064 Passive - Kitchen, Living Room, Master Bedroom, Hallways

These colors might seem bland to some, but I want simple and fresh.  I think the light colors will really open up the house.  I'm unsure about the beige in all the bedrooms, but Alex didn't want to paint the ENTIRE house gray which is pretty much what I wanted to do. So for now I'll go with a neutral, and I can always repaint later down the road. My goal is to to keep the walls neutral and add pops of color through home decor.

We close on Thursday, and our seller will hand over the keys on Friday!  Our first project will be to paint the kitchen cabinets white and as many walls as possible.  We have 1 week till we move in, so we'll see what we can get done in 7 days! Wish us luck.

What colors did you paint the interior of your home? How did you choose!?
