I know how fast babies grow up, so I want to capture Walt and Whitney in as many photos as possible in this stage! Life is crazy beautiful, and most days I'm running around like a hot mess. A perfect example of this is...all week I was so excited for this shoot with Laura Morsman. I envisioned what the babies outfits would look like and then I shopped till I found exactly what I wanted. The day of the shoot, I rushed around like always trying to pack everything I needed for them (bottles, diapers, burp rags, pacifiers, measured formula, etc.), and pack up their stuff, fasten them in their car seats, load them up and finally head out! When I showed up to Laura's house, I realized I had completely forgot their outfits. D'oohhh! We went with it and shot them in their diapers, and I love how they came out!

Thankfully the babies had just woken up from a nap in the car and were in a great mood. They kept wanting to play with each other, which basically means clawing each others' faces off because they can't control their tiny but strong hands.

Such beautiful eyes!!
I love that they are naked! Seriously, could not be cuter!
It’s wild how quickly moments with kids seem to slip away you blink and suddenly they’ve grown. I’ve been trying to catch those little everyday memories on my phone, and honestly, figuring out how to polish them up right there has been a lifesaver. I used to think editing photos on a small screen would feel clunky, but it’s actually pretty straightforward once you get into it. I stumbled across this guide on how to edit photo in phone and it really simplified the process for me. It covers the basics without overcomplicating things, so now even quick snapshots come out looking like I put a lot more thought into them.
