Last week I had a virtual presentation to give, so I wanted to dress up but I also wanted to be comfy. I created what I call my MULLET OUTFIT. Business on the top, party on the bottom! I rarely wear button down shirts or blazers, but I really loved this outfit. One of my managers in the office walked by and said, "Do you have an interview or something?" and then he looked down at my jeans and I could tell he was very confused. Haha!
In other news, I recently bought a white paper backdrop and a stand so get used to seeing this white background. I'm tired of trying to figure out where to shoot, so from now on I'm going to pop this sucker up on my back porch.

Sometimes I want something inexpensive and fashionable, I go to justfashionnow. You can really find cool things there, but with sizes it's always like a lottery. Once I ordered a coat, it arrived as a light robe. Exchange, what a quest. The customer service responds, but not always to the point. The return was processed only the second time. justfashionnow, a one-time option, if you are ready for surprises and know how to wait.
Love this “mullet” look—business on top, party on the bottom—so effortlessly cool and perfect for just about any setting. The blazer paired with those relaxed boyfriend jeans strikes the right balance between polished and laid-back.
