Last week I had a virtual presentation to give, so I wanted to dress up but I also wanted to be comfy. I created what I call my MULLET OUTFIT. Business on the top, party on the bottom! I rarely wear button down shirts or blazers, but I really loved this outfit. One of my managers in the office walked by and said, "Do you have an interview or something?" and then he looked down at my jeans and I could tell he was very confused. Haha!

#JESSECOULTER - No. 3
It's been quiet around here the past few weeks. To say I've been sick is an understatement. I had the flu twice, a respiratory infection, and food poisoning all within a month. Urgent care knows my face too well. I'm so ready to feel 100% again. With that being said, my uniform has been sweatpants most days. I'm over winter, and already online window shopping for spring. It's supposed to be in the upper 70's this weekend in Austin, so you bet my Birkenstocks will be making an appearance.

New Found Friend
When I think of the word, khakis, I think of boring, tan, old lady pants. But much to my surprise I've fallen in love with them recently, especially the patterns that Gap is putting out right now. Jcrew has quite a few unique prints as well, but those are out of my price range. My work dress code is business casual, and these printed khakis are perfect. Comfortable, fun, and still look professional. What is your go to outfit for work?
