Since this is the bathroom our guests will be using I wanted to go with a neutral color scheme that was inviting to our guests. I started the room with our white shower curtain which is from our old home, and then bought our rugs via At Home (less than $15 each). The polished chrome hardware is by Top Knobs (Riverside Collection). Find the pulls here and knobs here! You can order free samples if you are interested in trying them out. The countertop is gray quartz and the flooring is faux wood tile.
The art near the hand towel is custom by Michelle Boyd, a local Austin artist. I love incorporating custom art in to my home as it gives it a warm touch. The prints above the toilet are by Emily Jeffords via Minted.
I added a vintage silver tray, fresh flowers and glass containers for cotton balls and q-tips. Since these photos were taken I've added a third glass container and added face serum, sunscreen, a bath bomb, lotion and other unique products to make guests feel at home. I would love to add some face masks to surprise and delight them!
We rarely use this bathroom as we shower all the kids in Walt and Turner's shared bathtub. One day I would love to remove the mirror and add a unique mirror or at least frame the current one. I'm not a fan of builder grade mirrors, but replacing them is not a priority right now.
Stay tuned for more room tours and follow #thecoulterhome for updates!
