Last night I had the privilege of attending the ATX West Elm Blogger Dinner hosted by my amazing photographer friend, Chelsea Francis. It was a blogger potluck, and knowing that I'm not the best cook I brought rice krispie treats because you really can't screw those up.  West Elm did an amazing job styling the beautiful tables! West Elm Austin has currently been hosting pop up shops, but is really wanting to start mini-workshops in their store on the weekends. Cue bloggers and creative businesses. I'm not sure if I will be hosting one in the near future, but it's definitely a possibility. Stay tuned!

It's always a pleasure getting to spend time chatting and relaxing with the Austin blogger community. I always leave refreshed and inspired. On the way home I began praying and thanking God for the wonderful friends I've made through blogging. I am incredibly grateful for this blog and the relationships it has helped me to create. I've said it before and I'll say it again...if you are even slightly considering writing a blog...DO IT! It doesn't have to be perfect, just have fun with it, and do it for you!

I'm excited to be hosting the 2nd ATX Blogger Mixer next Thursday in downtown Austin. Erica from Miss Louie is co-hosting with me, and I can't wait to socialize with local bloggers.
