I was inspired by Jen's #jlkeverdaystyle Instagram posts to start taking more everyday outfit photos with my phone.  It takes much more time to shoot outside, and is hard to do with the time change.  Alex can now snap a quick pick on my iPhone. It's a rare occasion when Alex dislikes an outfit I where, or at least comments out loud about not liking it.  This skirt....well, he didn't want to be seen with me in public wearing it ; ) I don't know what it is with him and jean material, but this skirt and my overalls are his least favorite items I own. I wore this to brunch on Sunday after Turner's party.  I slept in while everyone went to church, and I threw this on in attempt to "dress up".  I feel like I'm channeling my inner Jen in this outfit (I just love her style).

It's that time of year in Texas when it's freezing in the morning (which is 55 degrees to me) and warm in the afternoon.  I can vividly remember the days back in middle school when I would get so annoyed that I had to bring my down jacket in the morning and by 3pm I was lugging it home on the bus.  I wasn't sure this morning if I should wear tights or bare my white legs in the cold morning air.  Well, as you can see I didn't wear tights, and for the first few seconds of sitting down on my car's leather seats it was excruciating.  Thank goodness for full blast heaters.  Yes, I am a baby, and I don't do cold weather.    How do you do it Northerners!?
